Submit An Event or Class
Welcome to ArtsEverywhere.com Events!
Please read our submission guidelines before posting:
- Location: Events must take place in the counties of St. Joseph, Elkhart, Starke, Marshall, Kosciusko, Fulton and LaPorte counties in Indiana and Berrien and Cass counties in Michigan. Unfortunately, we cannot list events for other locations at this time.
- Event Images: In order for your event to be considered for display as a featured event, we must have a professional-quality promotional image to display with your listing. Organization, series and venue logos are not acceptable event images.
Please see the images section of the submission form for additional image guidelines. Depending on the size of your image and connection speed to the Internet, the upload process may take up to several minutes - please be patient. Once received, your image will be formatted for display.
- Lead Time: We request that events be submitted at least two to four weeks prior to the event's start date. If we receive your event info less than two weeks in advance, we cannot guarantee that your event will be posted before it occurs. Events can be submitted as far in advance as possible, provided all of the event information is available. Listings that include, for example, "To Be Determined", "To Be Announced" or "Not Yet Available" information in any of the event listing fields will not be posted. Please be sure that all information about the event is available before posting the evento online.
Please allow up to 10 business days for a submitted event to appear online. Depending on volume, that time could be shorter or longer. Incomplete submissions will cause the listing to be delayed significantly. If additional information is needed, you will receive an email from support@ArtsEverywhere.com. Events are approved in the order they are submitted and as promptly as possible.
- Concert or Film Series: Each event in a series must be submitted separately and an event description is required for each listing. For a concert series—a minimum of the band or performer’s name AND a brief description of the type of music that will be performed is mandatory for EACH concert listing. For a film series—the name of the film to be shown and a brief description of the film (plot synopsis, rating, subtitles, etc.) is mandatory for EACH separate film in the series.
- Classes and Workshops: Each art class or workshop must be submitted separately. Submissions that include only a list or description of the various classes available during each session or semester will not be posted online. Each class listing must also include class times and fees for each session.
- Public Events: All events must be open to the public. Invitation/member-only events will not be accepted.
- Video: If you would like to submit a video to be displayed with your event listing, click here.
- ArtsEverywhere.com reserves the right to edit graphic images and submission content for grammar, style, and accuracy.
