      Osceola Community Theatre opened it’s second season with Terry Pratchett’s Wyrd Sisters, adapted for the stage by Stephen Briggs. Wyrd Sisters is a satirical and comedic look at the story of Shakespeare’s Macbeth. The title characters are his witches and the magical experience begins as Pratchett and Briggs take the audience on a whimsical journey through Discworld. The show takes the audience through the killing of the king, the guilt experienced by the murderer, the prophecy of revenge and all of the elements Shakespeare conveyed in his works - but from a very different, and absolutely hysterical, point of view. When the show opens we meet the “sisters” and the laughs begin almost immediately. New Director, Dawn Keller, must be commended for her outstanding casting choices.
