Artpost
Artpost is a creative space founded by artists Kay Westhues and Jake Webster. Our gallery and performance space supports regional artists who make contemporary art, folk art, and artist books. We believe in promoting art at home. In our gallery you will always find work by regional artists Joe Casey, Jake Webster and Kay Westhues. We also plan to exhibit other regional artists 4-6 times a year. Check out our gallery bookstore, which contains limited edition and original artist books, small press books, photography books, cards and zines.

His subjects tend to be urban; hers are of suburban subdivisions.
Aside from the medium, about all they have in common is that both of them shoot locally.
And those differences and one similarity are among the reasons Kay Westhues paired Cory's "Borderlands" series with Moore's "Subdivided Views" in an exhibition that continues through Feb. 26 at Artpost Gallery. Collapse -

But in 2007, her life was drifting closer to the edge. She says something had to change.
"I remember just sitting and just not knowing what to do, and I heard the voice of God saying that this is not the life I (chose) for you," she says.
McDonald, who grew up in a deeply religious family, says that voice only confirmed what she knew but had tried so hard to conceal. Collapse
