Downtown South Bend is a private-public partnership with the city of South Bend that fosters the economic and cultural growth of the immediate community, which includes both the west and east banks of the St. Joseph River, and contains more than 20 not-for-profit organizations.

We had a wonderful time at Art Beat this year! The weather helped, but the people and all of the wonderful artists make this festival something to look forward to every year.

This event is like a mushroom. It apears out of nowhere, thrills with it sites, sounds and tastes. Then gone. Still intoxicated with excitement you ask yourself "did that really happen?"
