Meet Me on the Island is back for 2010 with WVPE as a presenting partner! Even better, it will take place OUTDOORS on the newly renovated Island Park, behind Century Center.
There will be four to six artists with works on display and for sale, great views of the St. Joseph River and downtown South Bend, the sounds of a great blues band, along with concessions and cocktails available.
The entertainment for the evening is The Twin Cats. The Twin Cats have quickly become one of the premier musical acts touring today! A mix of progressive rock and funk, this band presents the best live contemporary Blues in the Midwest!
A large-scale fireworks display will round out the evening at dusk (approx 9:30-10:00 p.m.).

Tickets: South Bend Museum of Art and 88.1 WVPE Public Radio members, and children under 12 admitted free. Adult general admission is $5.
