Jazz Percussion Night

The concert will feature the Jazz Ensemble, Jazz Combo, and Percussion Ensemble all directed by Dr. Reginald Klopfenstein. The wide spectrum of music will include jazz compositions by Herbie Hancock, Duke Ellington, Thad Jones, Cedar Walton, Charlie Parker, and others. The Percussion Ensemble's repertoire will include works for Brazillian percussion instruments, a novelty composition that uses music stands as instruments, and traditional concert percussion compositions. Join us for an exciting and entertaining evening of music.
