The Moreau Art Galleries is pleased to announce the opening of the group exhibition Arrested Development in the Little Theatre and Sister Rosaire Galleries. Arrested Development brings together six contemporary artists working in a range of media, who utilize masculine imagery, icons, and materials from popular culture in a myriad of ways. Featuring the work of: Jason Lahr, Rudy Shepherd, Gavin Bunner, Steve Seeley, Eric Prykowski, and Scott Stulen. Curator: Krista Hoefle, Gallery Director, Moreau Art Galleries. Location: Little Theatre and Sister Rosaire Galleries Opening Reception: Friday, January 25, 2008, 5:00-7:00 p.m. A special lecture by Dr. Daniel Party (Department of Music), entitled Smells like Old Spice: Thoughts on Rock and Aging, will begin at 6:00 p.m. in Moreau 232, hosted by the Department of Art and Moreau Art Galleries.
