Peter Davis: Peter Davis lives in Muncie, Indiana, with his wife, son, brand-new daughter, and their dog. He teaches creative writing at Ball State University. His poems have appeared recently in Coconut, Court Green, Flights, Kulture Vulture, La Petite Zine, McSweeney's, MiPoesis, Octopus, Rattle, Shampoo, Softblow, and Unpleasent Event Schedule. He edited Poet's Bookshelf:Contemporary Poets on Books that Shaped Their Art (Barnwood, 2005). A collection of his recent poems, Hitler's Mustache, is available from Barnwood (2006). His paintings can be seen at artisnecessary.com. For reviews and samples of his most recent music: Good Enough, Good Enough and several more songs. And Dan Machlin: Dan Machlin was born and raised in New York City. Previous works include several chapbooks: 6x7 (Ugly Duckling Presse), This Side Facing You (Heart Hammer Press), and In Rem (@ Press), as well as Above Islands (Immanent Audio), an audio CD collaboration with singer/cellist Serena Jost. His poems and reviews have appeared in The Poetry Project Newsletter, Talisman, Antennae, Crayon, Soft Targets, Boog Literature and The Brooklyn Rail. Dan is the founding editor and publisher of Futurepoem books, a former contributing editor of The Transcendental Friend and a former curator of The Segue Series at Bowery Poetry Club in NYC. Dear Body: is his first book-length collection of poems. Join forces for a reading in the Gold Room of North Dining Hall.
