Danielle Dutton will read selections from her work. She teaches in the Jack Kerouac School of Disembodied Poetics at Naropa University in Boulder and at the University of Denver, where she graduated with a PhD in English and creative writing in June of 2007. She also holds degrees from the University of California at Santa Cruz (BA, history, 1997) and The School of the Art Institute of Chicago (MFA, creative writing, 2002). She is the Associate Editor of the Denver Quarterly, and her writing has appeared or will soon appear in The Brooklyn Rail, Shiny, Fence, jubilat, 3rd bed, NOON, Tarpaulin Sky, Parakeet, Octopus, Sleepingfish, Joyful Noise: An Anthology of American Spiritual Poetry, and elsewhere. After graduation, she will work for the Dalkey Archive Press. Her novel, S P R A W L, is forthcoming from Clear Cut Press in February of 2008, and a collection of prose fictions, Attempts at a Life, was published in March of 2007 by Tarpaulin Sky Press. Joyelle McSweeney will read from her two new books, Nylund, the Sarcographer and Flet.
