The IUSB Theatre Company presents Lovers and Executioners y John Strand. Lovers and Executioners is based on a French comedy by Antoine Jacob de Montfleury and the story replicates the age old quandaries of love and revenge and all the humorous situations that go with them.

    Tickets: Tickets are available in advance to adults for $7.00 and to senior citizens and students for $5.00. At-the-door tickets are available one hour prior to each performance for $2.00 more.

      The IUSB Theatre Company rebounded well from the last performance, With their Eyes. The actors gave this play there all, performing as if the audience was not even there. The actress who portrayed Don Pablo performed masterfully as a male and she stole the show. Again, the sound was at times to hear, since IUSB does not mic the performers, but for the most part they projected well. The set, as simple as it was, was perfect for the show. The art backdrop fit the original French ideas perfectly and made for easy scene changes. I was very excited to see even the stage hands in character. I think this helped from the scene changes distracting from the play that was occuring brilliantly on stage. The lighting was perfect and always on cue to individual monologues or to open up the whole stage. All in all the play was a great time and I would have gladly paid more than what the school charges for tickets. Congrats and good job to all those involved. Collapse

      The IUSB Theatre Company rebounded well from the last performance, With their Eyes. The actors gave this play there all, performing as if the audience was not even there.
