 dscapes from Fernwood\, Dahlias from the Bonneville Mill Dahlia Show and f
 lowers from the Michiana area.  She started her art career using oils\, bu
 t began to notice the beauty and freedom of watercolor.  She has been pain
 ting since 1994 and has studied with notable artists such as G Bruce Johns
 on.  Laurie has done commission work\, won awards in juried shows and held
  one woman shows in Michigan and Indiana.  She paints full time in her hom
 e studio.  \n\nSpend a spring afternoon at Fernwood\, meet Laurie\, and en
 joy her show at the premiere reception on April 6\, 2:00-3:30 p.m.\n\nStar
