  production\, and is a fund-raiser for local agencies that work to stop vi
 olence against women\, and to empower women and children: SOS of the Madis
 on Center\, St. Margaret's House\, and the YWCA of St. Joseph County.\n\nF
 rom many anonymous submission s from area writers\, an editorial team of s
 tudents\, professors\, and a health professional shaped a script of local 
 women's stories.  It will  entertain\, move\, and enlighten the audience w
 ith real women’s stories that unfold right in Michiana. These monologues
  include the voices of women reflecting on first kisses\, the embarrassmen
 t of menstruation and sex ed\, horrendous and magical dates\, the joys and
  agonies of motherhood\, the fear and thrill of coming out\, the pleasures
  and changes of longtime marriage\, the delights of being single\, the pow
 er of aging\, the strength it takes to survive abuse and depression\, and 
 the humor that carries us all through the rough times so we can revel in t
 he power of being women. As with Eve Ensler’s The Vagina Monologues\, th
 is production will star a large cast of diverse women reading in solo and 
 chorus pieces.  Music\, sign-language interpreters\, and dancing will enri
 ch the event\, as well.\n\nStart time: Friday and Saturday\, 7:00 p.m.\n\n
