 nd: 2009-02-14\n\nMichiana Monologues is modeled on Eve Ensler's play\, Th
 e Vagina Monologues\, which uses the art form of the monologue and readers
  theater to educate\, entertain and raise awareness about the complexities
  of women's lives. With Michiana Monologues\, the goal is to bring to ligh
 t the wide range of women's lives in our area\, and to give voice to the h
 umor\, strength\, pain\, creativity and intimacy of women of all ages and 
 all backgrounds.\nA silent auction of art/local goods and services starts 
 at 6:00 p.m. before each show. There will be information tables from local
  organizations related to women's health. The show is a fundraiser for loc
 al organizations working to stop violence against women. This year's benef
 iciaries are the YWCA of St. Joseph County\, SOS of the Madison Center\, S
 t. Margaret's House\, and the Elkhart County Women's Shelter.\n\nStart tim
